Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@https://www.anoushkawooller.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
